Guess Who's Back

Well lookie here at who's back in the hizzle! It's been so long I think I've forgotten how to blog. No. Not really. It's just that I have more privacy on my yahoo group that I can write everything down. The blogging was great but I had to stifle much of myself and I didn't like it. Doesn't mean I can't drop by every now and again though and it doesn't mean that I can't catch up on my blog peeps. So what's up with me? Well I had a great 30th birthday and I ended up having the best time of my life and the company I was with didn't make me feel old. It was wonderful. I'm back at work in the casino. Now I'm a parking garage cashier. About as exciting as counting my teeth but in three months I'm either going to go back to the Casino Cage or I'm going to get my Poker Dealing certificate and try that. Almost got a job with the post office but the two people ahead of me got the job first. I'm still on the list for when something else comes up. And...how 'bout that Election? I was hoping for the best but deep down inside I knew that Bush would overcome. Well, we can all look forward to four more years of poverty, war, and a huge deficit. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't go into a fucking depression. Well, I better go. I have much reading to catch up on. Hope you'll all join up at my Yahoo Diary

O, it is excellent to have a giant's strength; but it is tyrannous to use it like a giant. chuck Now is the winter of our discontent Made glorious summer by this sun of York, And all the clouds that loured upon our house In the deep bosom of the ocean buried. Now are our brows bound with victorious wreaths, Our bruised arms hung up for monuments, Our stern alarums changed to merry meetings, Our dreadful marches to delightful measures. Grim-visaged war hath smoothed his wrinkled front; And now, instead of mounting barbed steeds To fright the souls of fearful adversaries, He capers nimbly in a lady's chamber To the lascivious pleasing of a lute. But I, that am not shaped for sportive tricks, Nor made to court an amorous looking-glass; I, that am rudely stamped, and want love's majesty To strut before a wanton ambling nymph; I, that am curtailed of this fair proportion, Cheated of feature by dissembling nature, Deformed, unfinished, sent before my time Into this breathing world, scarce half made up, And that so lamely and unfashionable That dogs bark at me as I halt by them,-- Why, I, in this weak piping time of peace, Have no delight to pass away the time, Unless to spy my shadow in the sun.
